Antique 1910 flow blue Barkers and Kent Florence pattern plate. The plate is in blue and white, with a gold gilt decoration around the ruffled rim, and features an Italian landscape design. The back of the plate is marked with the pattern name and the standard Barker and Kent mark used circa 1898-1941.
This particular piece has some special features like the 3 holes that pass through from side to side. This plate most probably was created as a "marketing" piece for being shown to public in commercial exhibitions. There is not pragmatic use for the holes, but it is definitely a rarity. A genuine piece for a collector.
Condition: The plate is pierced from factory. Some crazing at the back. A great piece for decoration!
