Exquisite rare antique 1940s traditional basket bag made in Indonesia. This is a fine quality "gandek" basket from the Indonesian island of Lombok. The top is attached to the bottom with a string. Has some very nice details made with wood and bamboo, craftsman work really nice. Can be used as a bag or also as a wall hanging. Very unusual bag, definitely a collector's item.
