Scalloped 7.8" inches Royal semi porcelain bread plate "The Bolingbroke" by Ridgways from around 1909, late Victorian Period dinner plate with blue and gold pattern. Ridgways pottery has been made in the Staffordshire district in England since 1808 by a series of companies with the name "Ridgway". The transfer-design dinner sets are the most widely known product. Ridgway became part of Royal Doulton in the 1960s. Other pieces of Ridgway may be listed under Flow Blue by some sellers.

Condition: Good; Item has some crazing, stains and discoloration normal in 100 years old items. Still a great piece for decoration.
