Very interesting and old piece with relevant details to talk about. This copper etched pitcher was created at some point around 1900s in what today is West India. The style and technique are widely extended on the all Middle East but in this particular case we have ornaments that are more specific to Kashmir-Punjab-Rajasthan area. The main them is hunting and also the pitcher has the portrait of some almost legendary figures, remotely inspired by the presence of Portuguese and Hollander traders on coastal cities of Gujarat. The origin of this particular pitcher is most probably Kashmir and his exoticism is absolutely fabulous. The pitcher is in a used antique condition and you can see the pics for better idea of how its looking and condition. (Some loss of copper finish on the pitcher and a dent under the horse design).
The pitcher is about 14" tall and 9" from spout to handle.
