Woven Decorative throw blanket with tassels. Some loose threads but it is unclear if it is part of the fabrication process or not; in fact the blanket look like NEW. Colors are amazing and no visible damage.
The blanket has some decorative motifs of very clear Native American inspiration. It has no label or marks that can help to identify the creator or affiliation. The fabric feels like a superior quality cotton, perhaps rayon or a blend of both. I saw some Aymara textile pieces with a similar design and i carefully checked on internet but i wasn't able to find SAME tribal motifs than in my blanket. The embroidered details on this blanket look lot more Southwestern than Andean.
