There is a woven-in wool fringe at the top and bottom. This small rug does not have a tag, but definitely shows the talents of a master weaver. The back of the weaving looks the same as the front of the weaving which is a classic characteristic of Navajo workmanship. The weaving is definitely skillfully made of fine grade wool.
