Interesting, rare and beautiful SPOON marked 925S and has maker mark of J Tostrup of Norway. Handle historically and culturally significant. Top has the royal crown. Next the crowned figure of St Halvard (patron saint of Norway). #5 panel Lion Rampant with axe coat of arms. The date probably is around 1930s, but there is a possibility that this is an older piece from end of 1980s, I can not be sure.
